At Olsen Fashion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new garments aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain attached and intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
